Gratitude is often framed as appreciating the good things in our
lives. But what does gratitude look like when life is complicated,
when joy and grief coexist, or when the experiences that shape us also
leave us with stories we must learn to release?
Drawing from my personal journey through loss, love, and finding
purpose, I’ll explore how gratitude can help us recognize the goodness
in our lives without denying the pain, honor our past without being
defined by it, and embrace our ability to shape what comes next.
Together, we’ll consider how gratitude can become more than a
feeling—it can be a choice that inspires hope, connection, and
meaningful action.
